Kia announces the launch of Seltos, a compact SUV in Jordan
Bolder, larger and more powerful than its predecessor, the reinvented Seltos will be available across the MENA region.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 20, 2023: Kia Middle East and Africa has launched the latest reinvented Kia Seltos in Jordan. The new model is larger and has a bolder design than its predecessors, and the five-seat compact SUV will be available in all markets in the Middle East and North Africa region starting October 2023.
During the much-anticipated launch and test drive event, participants had the opportunity to explore the new Kia Seltos’ unique combination of enhanced performance, bold design and safety features, along with outstanding power options and superior comfort. Ultra-modern futuristic design
The new Kia Seltos has been reinvented to attract attention and appreciation, with its futuristic and sporty body. The front and rear lights feature distinctive star maps that add an ultra-modern look to the Seltos when illuminated, in addition to the front fog lamp. The new Kia Seltos features all-new exterior colors including Pewter Olive and Pluton Blue as well as Clear White, Sparkling Silver, Aurora Black Pearl, Vivid Red, Snow White Pearl and Gravity Grey.
The new panoramic screen from the inside offers high-tech photography and design with a 10.25-inch screen, including audio, video and navigation, measuring 10.25 inches AVN. The model also includes a high-tech integrated control unit where the air conditioning and entertainment features can be easily navigated. The new Kia Seltos has made significant progress in its design and features compared to its predecessor.
It is worth noting that the previous design of the Seltos had a sunroof on one side, while the new model includes a panoramic sunroof, which provides a wide view and enhances the driving experience. The panoramic sunroof can slide or close at one touch for safety when driving. Passengers can also control comfort through the five-degree rear seats.
Aiming for a more comfortable driving experience, if the driver prefers a different temperature setting to that of the passengers, the Seltos’ new dual automatic climate control proves invaluable as it seamlessly allows for separate temperature adjustments.
Double the security
Kia’s latest Seltos has been redesigned to provide maximum safety by incorporating ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to ensure maximum road safety including: Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist(FCA), Lane Keeping Assist(LKA), Lane Follow Assist (LFA) and Smart Cruise Control (SCC). These systems carefully monitor the road and provide alerts to the driver to prevent potential collisions, which enhances public safety on the roads.
In addition, the new Kia Seltos is equipped with electric parking brakes, which is a significant improvement compared to the previous manual brakes of the Seltos, as the electric brakes help by stopping the car and putting it in a stable position, as well as assisting with emergency braking, as well as assisting with parking. The new Kia Seltos will be available in the Middle East and North Africa region starting October 2023, through Kia showrooms.
